1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Project Commencement: You may cancel your service agreement with us at any time before the project starts.
- After Project Commencement: Once the project has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations. We commit resources and time to your project once it commences, making it crucial for us to adhere to this policy.
2. Refund Policy
- Within 14 Days of Purchase: If you cancel your service within 14 days of purchase and the project has not started, we offer a 100% refund of the total amount paid.
- After 14 Days up to 30 Days: If you cancel your service after 14 days but within 30 days of purchase, and the project has not commenced, you are eligible for a 25% refund of the total amount paid.
- Beyond 30 Days: No refunds or chargebacks will be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.
3. Project Commencement
- The project is considered to have commenced once any preliminary work, planning, or development has begun. After this point, no cancellation or refund will be provided.
4. Contract Termination
- If you choose to break the service contract, a pre-contract breach fee equivalent to 1 month’s retainer will apply. This fee is applicable 30 days prior to the contract breach.
5. Processing Refunds
- All eligible refunds will be processed within a certain number of business days (please specify the number of days based on your operational capabilities) after the cancellation request has been approved.
